A National Film Board of Canada production – Directed by Dainty

Our Rights Today

“Our Rights Today” is a documentary film project exploring the 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and what they mean to us TODAY. This project has lead director Chris Dainty to interview some of the most influential leaders of our time, including five former Canadian Prime Ministers, the President of Costa Rica, and astronaut Chris Hadfield. Dainty Productions has animated all 30 articles and is providing them to the world as an educational resource in a multitude of languages. This project was spearheaded by illustrator Peter Pickersgill, and executive producer Jeff Mierins. We hope to expand this project into a feature documentary. Reach out to find out how you can be involved. #OurRightsToday
